Basic application materials

Valid passport

The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you plan to leave Vietnam. The passport should have at least two blank pages for visa and immigration stamps.

ID photo

White background color photos taken within the past 6 months, with dimensions of 4x6 centimeters. The photo should clearly display the complete face and glasses should not be worn. The face should occupy 70-80% of the photo area.

Travel information

Confirmation of round-trip flight booking (or itinerary), port of entry, and date of entry (including at least your first night of accommodation upon arrival).

A fully completed visa application form, including personal basic information, contact information, occupation information, purpose of visit, etc. Our online system will guide you to fill in all necessary information.

Detailed specifications of ID photos

The quality of visa photos has a significant impact on the application results. Please ensure that your photos meet all of the following requirements:

White background color photo, with a pure and clutter free background
The photo size is 4x6 centimeters (the recommended resolution for electronic photos is 600x800 pixels)
Taken within the past 6 months, reflecting the current appearance
Face facing the camera, natural expression
The face is clearly visible and cannot be obscured by hair
Not wearing glasses, hats, or other accessories that cover the face
Dress appropriately and avoid wearing strapless or overly revealing clothing
The photo should not have obvious retouching marks
The electronic photo format is JPG, and the file size should not exceed 1MB
